☀️The Way of the Warrior Retreat will feature an Ice bath, Wim Hof Breath-work workshop, daily Qi Gong, several ceremonies, connections with fellow brothers and various activities.

🔥I will be nourishing the Warriors with Organic Holistic Food made with high vibrations and plenty of superfoods.

I had the opportunity to speak to my daughters summer school class about the importance of Organic Produce, growing your own food, and healthy food/ lifestyle choices. These kids all got to pick out Organic: Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Cherries & grapes to eat during their presentation. They were stoked on the healthy fruit. 🍌🍏🍎🍇🍒🍑🍊It’s incredibly important to teach the youth how to garden, and make conscious choices for their health and the environment. I garden with my kids several times a week. It’s one of the best bonding activities for us as a family. Along with cooking together and eating together of course 👍 @ Ready Set Grow

Super stoked to have finally made it in to . I ordered the Quinoa Salad, Pesto Panini & a Green Smoothie.
The food was amazing and the vibe was on point to match it. The best part is that they are the only full vegan eatery in East SD County.

We had an awesome cooking class at Kappa Delta this week. Triple berry cobbler, espresso chip cookies, and coconut cold brew coffee were on the menu for the dessert lovers class.

Macadamia nut crusted chicken served with a coconut sweet potato mash & roasted peppers.

It was Southern Dinner night. I had the opportunity to prepare: Fried chicken, collard greens, cheddar chive mashed potatoes & bananas foster.
