Teens & Sleep Webinar
Tuesday, August 23, 7pm
The webinar will focus on the importance of sleep for our teens and, the new law requiring later start times for middle and high schools going into effect this school year.
Parents and caregivers will hear from our featured speakers, California State Senator and SB 328 bill sponsor, Anthony Portantino, and LIsa Lewis, author of The Sleep-Deprived Teen: Why Our Teenagers Are So Tired, and How Parents and Schools Can Help Them Thrive.
