Artsakh will never be a thing of the past.
Today, Armenians in the homeland and worldwide continue to celebrate Artsakh’s Independence Day as a never-ending resistance against the Genocide, violence, and hatred inflicted upon the Armenian people. Nothing can stop a nation’s self-determination, neither military occupation nor brutal dictatorships.
AGBU will always stand to help those affected by Baku’s nearly year-long blockade and subsequent ethnic cleansing committed in 2023. The world must recognize Artsakh.

🇦🇲📣AGBU Young Professionals worldwide came together for a coordinated global effort- the YP Cares Campaign- to raise $120,000 for the 120,000 displaced Artsakh Armenians.
Four months of dedication and hard work resulted in them not only reaching this goal, but surpassing it by $100,000. The YPs raised a total of $220,000.
A huge thank you to all who supported this campaign to benefit the AGBU Global Relief Fund, and to the YPs who once again manifested their readiness to show full commitment for an Armenian cause.

Today, AGBU remembers the barbaric Sumgait pogrom tragedy in 1988. Unfortunately, the violence from 36 years ago has since served as a precursor to anti-Armenian rhetoric and brutality in the following decades. However, in the face of cruelty and misinformation, the Armenian people have always and will continue to stand firm against hatred.
