Take action to do good in the world in these seven areas of focus.
We are united! Rotarians, Rotaractors, and Interactors are all together in action to create lasting change around the world and in our communities for the sake of “doing good in the world”.
Inspire, empower, and transform! Great leaders create other great leaders. Mentoring young people through Rotary Youth Programs such as RYLA not only inspires youths, it empowers them and transforms them into our future leaders.
One of Rotary’s Five Avenues of Service is Community Service. Giving back to the community benefits everyone in the community and it leads to goodwill and better friendships.
Do you want more impact? Join a Rotary Action Group in one of Rotary’s Seven Areas of Focus. Rotary Action Group for Endangered Species (RAGES) focuses on saving our environment through the conservation of animals on the brink of extinction. For more information: www.Rotary.org/actiongroups
Cheers to the New Rotary Year! Here’s to the new you!
For us to do more we must grow. Invite a friend, think outside the box, be flexible, and have fun!
There is something for everyone at Rotary. Whether your passion is cycling, surfing, beer, or anything else, there is a fellowship for everyone. Did you know that there is a fellowship for Rotarian Magicians? Check out Rotary.org/fellowships.

An estimated 5.9 million children under the age of five die each year because of malnutrition, inadequate health care, and poor sanitation. Rotary has reduced infant deaths by giving mothers access to medical needs through mobile clinics and education.
Be a gift to the world and share your gift. Join the magic!
Believe in Magic. Witness the Magic of Rotary!
“The highest of distinctions is service to others.”
One of Rotary’s Seven Areas of Focus is Maternal and Child Health. This month is dedicated to bringing awareness to this wonderful cause.
A message from the second female RI president, Madam President Stephanie Urchick.
Rotary is more than an organization, it's a family. Today marks my first day as the 2024-2025 President of Rotary International. This year, I hope we show our communities the Magic of Rotary. Together, we will grow and strengthen our membership and deepen our commitment to peacebuilding. I hope this year is one of joy, growth, and connection. Thank you for trusting me to lead our organization 💛

We say goodbye to the Rotary year 2023-24 and welcome the new Rotary year 2024-25. Hope brings Magic to Rotary.
This is the week when we see changes happen in Rotary. We welcome a new year, leadership, and theme. Hope brings Magic to Rotary!
When there is a change in leadership in Rotary, there is no universal word that describes the process or ritual. It seems it is more regional and varies depending on the location. In San Francisco, we call it “Debunking”. What do you call your ceremony?
Never give up when you get a rejection. It can be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
The longest day, Summer Solstice, in the Northern Hemisphere is here. Make every second count and take action!
For every ending, there is a new beginning. We say thanks to our outgoing leaders and welcome our new leadership team.
The word “Juneteenth” is a contraction of the month “June” and the date “Nineteenth.” Juneteenth celebrates the date of June 19, 1865, when enslaved people of African descent located in finally learned of their freedom from the slavery system in the United States.
It became an official US Holiday in 2021, when President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act into law.
This Sunday, June 16th, is Father's Day. Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and father figures everywhere celebrating Father's Day.
These are our core values: Integrity, Leadership, Service, Fellowship, and Diversity. We can't have one without the others.
Congratulations, Ken! Thank you for supporting our club and the Rotary Foundation. We appreciate your generosity.

SF West. Where the City meets the Ocean
Founded in 1984, we are a small but diverse group of like-minded and service-focused community leaders from various backgrounds. Our motto is “Serving Families and Children to Inspire Peace”.
