New to both our { Menu de Luxe } and { a la carte } menus is a dish of confit potato cooked with chamomile and honey, toasted nori, cultured cream and of course Reserve caviar.

A fan favorite of our residencies, serving up his highly acclaimed and famous chili fried chicken, popping off with that tingly Szechuan spice!
Open all day from 12pm-8:30pm, available for dine-in and take-out from 7/1-7/27. This amazing menu is accompanied by our new summer cocktail list which is sure to cool you off in this heat.

This dish has quickly become a guest favorite…
Hamachi crudo wrapped in toasted nori and perilla leaf, with house white kimchi and pear, served along side a chilled sidecar of the kimchi fermenting liquid infused with Serrano chili for a little heat. The hamachi itself is aged for a few days in our which gives it the most buttery and delightful texture and flavor.
Today feels a little like summer, and this feels like the perfect dish to enjoy!

Evan makes amazing, bright, joyful wines from a lot of grapes you don’t often get to taste from local California vineyards: Arneis, Gruner Veltliner, Touriga Nacional to name a few. Since reopening as Lord Stanley we have had the privilege of using equipment for all of our proteins. From fish to meat, the results are outstanding, allowing us to serve amazing products treated with the upmost care, with truly wonderful flavors.
