We may experience pain, loss of motion, and difficulty using your computer or functioning properly if your hands and wrists hurt. Forearm pain can also make it difficult to sleep, reach for items, or perform daily tasks.
The condition could damage your median nerve.
If the wrist is pinched, it can cause pain, weakness in your hands, or numbness and tingle in your thumbs and fingers. When left untreated and not treated, it can worsen and necessitate invasive treatments such as injections or surgery.
