An improperly set up workstation can harm our hands and wrists. Daily hand and wrist exercises can help prevent painful conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome. We may experience pain, loss of motion, and difficulty using your computer or functioning properly if your hands and wrists hurt. Forearm pain can also make it difficult to sleep, reach for items, or perform daily tasks.
The condition could damage your median nerve.
If the wrist is pinched, it can cause pain, weakness in your hands, or numbness and tingle in your thumbs and fingers. When left untreated and not treated, it can worsen and necessitate invasive treatments such as injections or surgery.

For many seniors, the cold winter season is a challenging time to maintain their physical health. With increasingly weakened immune systems, elderly adults are particularly susceptible to the dangers of influenza, pneumonia and other viral conditions. There’s also the amplified risk of experiencing snow- and ice-related falls, and even a small spill-indoors or out-can result in serious injury.
