We hear the word "mindfulness" thrown around all the time when it comes to eating better. A big part of that is knowing exactly what you're putting into your body.
Due to the restrictions of Phase 1 we're forced to get creative so our meals are enjoyable. I'll admit, being the lazy person who wasn't too skilled in the kitchen I wasn't completely on board... but it's worth the effort!
Discovering new ingredients/spices, weighing out food with a scale, handling different kitchen tools - the whole process felt like a fun new hobby!
