Are you ready for the next Concert on the Corner? Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 20 at 5pm! This Concert on the Corner features CPC friends Tim and Sarah Larsen (with their band, Blue Sunday) and other talented local musicians.

Find Free Kids' Gear and Clothing at Give and Take! Find free new and gently used items for kids ages 0–12 at the Give and Take community event on Saturday, May 4 at 10 am, at the campus of Christ Presbyterian Church and Montessori de Terra Linda in San Rafael.

It's that time of year again! CPC and MdTL are hosting the upcoming Give and Take: Free Kids' Gear and Clothing event on Saturday, May 4 from 10a-noon!

As you're doing your spring cleaning, please donate your gently used clothing and kid's gear for ages 0-12. Your donations go directly to local families who attend the event.

Anyone is welcome to come to the event and take what you need for your family.

The Parker Grant Trio live in concert right now!

Come one come all! Hanna Takashige's Story Telling hour happens this Saturday at 3pm. Hanna is deeply engaging and very active as she tells myths, legends, and stories.

Free event open to all ages

We will celebrate Christmas Eve with two beautiful worship services

9:30am a service of special music featuring our Choir, including guest musicians: Jere Torkelsen, Sean O'Brien, Francisco Ortiz, Aja Gianola Norris, Sharon Davis, Charlie Whitaker, and Ariana Lutshak

7pm: A service for all ages! Special music by Sibel Demirmen Henry, Parker Grant, Sean Lane-Bortell, and more. The service will conclude with singing Silent Night outside by candlelight

We are fundraising for audio and amplification equipment for CPC's Concert on the Corner events! And we received some big news today!

We are delighted to report we received a grant for $2000 from the Marin County Community Service Fund program! Along with 60+ organizations, we applied for this $2000 grant to cover half of the costs for the audio and amplification equipment needed for Concerts on the Corner.

Thank you, Marin Board of Supervisors (especially Mary Sackett) for seeing our potential and recommending us for this grant. We are so appreciative!

Join us this Sunday for another Concert on the Corner in Terra Linda! The concert runs from 2-5pm at CPC. It looks like we will be inside due to incoming rain.

This Concert on the Corner features local band Alchemy plus sets from members of the Marin Music Jam.

CPC will provide beer, wine, lemonade, water, and juice boxes - this is a family-friendly event! We invite you to bring your friends for an afternoon of lively music from talented local musicians.

A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO HEAR THIS DRUM PLAYED IN THE US
Sunday, 9:30am Christ Presbyterian Church during Pentecost worship

Master musician Nishaant Singh will play the pakhawaj, an ancient barrel-shaped, two-headed drum associated with some of India’s most ancient classical music. This is a rare opportunity to hear this drum in the United States. The pakhawaj drum is a harmonically rich instrument that forms the rhythmic backbone of Dhrupad, the oldest known vocal style of classical music.

Nishaant Singh, disciple of Pandit Chanchal Kumar Bhattacharya, is a celebrated pakhawaj player and the instrument’s torch bearer for his generation. He belongs to a famous traditional folk musical family in Kalimpong, Darjeeling, with a lineage of music that goes back four generations. Currently, Singh serves as a guest professor of pakhawaj in the Department of Cultural Affairs, Vidya Mandira College, in Kolkata, India. He is also a Fulbright Associate in pakhawaj, conducting research under the guidance of Maestro Swapan Chaudhuri at the Ali Akbar College of Music in San Rafael.
