Hockey based strength and conditioning course for injury prevention!
Helen with a new PR!
After many years of playing Hockey and skateboarding, my knees would dislocate and my hips would lock. Constant knee pain would make it impossible to sleep. I did not want surgery so I took it upon myself to learn how to properly strengthen my body to play the sport I love WITHOUT pain. Strength and proper mobility go hand-in-hand to excel in our sport. Therefore, the basis for my training is functional movement.
How do you train for your sport??Is there something keeping you from playing the sport you love?
