Saugus' very own GSA is in it's 13th year--can you believe it?? Bring your friends, LGBTQAI or Straight! We play games, have powerful discussions, hold campus-wide campaigns, and go on a lot of fun trips together (like Out on the Mountain, Gay Days Anaheim, Models of Pride, BBQs, the LGBTQ Film Festival and LGBTQA Prom). Not use anti-LGBT language and slurs;
Intervene, if I safely can, in situations where other students are being harassed;
Support efforts to end bullying and harassment.

Saugus High School’s Gender and Sexuality Alliance has connected with the 11 other GSAs (and like clubs) in the William S. Hart Union High School District and, through their many years of fundraising, is providing 25 “I’m Here” badges to the staff at Rio Norte Junior High! We can’t want to see even more Santa Clarita educators identifying themselves as safe people with whom to talk about LGBTQ+ issues.
