Lots of big things this weekend….

1) I performed yesterday with Katelyn Colia (a duet by Anandha Ray called the long walk…..and there were people who witnessed this ritual dance said they felt that they were healed, shifted, understood and moved but it 🙏🏼 I am humbled and invigorated

2) the children walked to the grocery store, bought fruit, bread and a few items for an end of school event for one of them….and didn’t spend all the money we gave them 😱

That is all. Big things. Filled up all the way. Grateful

Today, at 8:09 am pst, there is a solar eclipse and new moon. This time the energies are balanced between light and dark. FULL integration of all sides of our selves.

Many feel “weird” during this time but it’s a beautiful moment to settle into yourself and feel what it would look like if you fully accepted all parts of yourself and walked in your full power…..

Practice to embody these energies:

Call in sacred space

Place your hand on your heart (or in any way that feels right to you)

Close your eyes as the energies flow down into you and envision what your life would be if you accepted all parts of you that were real, invite yourself to see any sides of you that have been pushed away or purposely rejected….what if you could see them in a new light? What is you could love those parts so they became healthy?

What if ALL of you was welcome here?

Breathe that into yourself and feel it flowing through your entire being. 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

Today is the fall equinox. In the northern hemisphere it is a time to honor the abundance that has grown out of the seeds planted earlier in the year.

So….what am I grateful for?

I am grateful for AMAZING and wise women I have the honor to train for ceremony and the Priestess arts

I am grateful for my loving husband who is so supportive and always there for me!

I am grateful for my beautiful and strong children (both those I birthed and those I am guardian for as a step parent)!

I am grateful for amazing patients who are showing up for their healing in so many ways!

I am grateful for the opportunity to contract with amazing, heart centered companies and co-create so much magic, beauty, and healing opportunities for our clients.

I am grateful for my beloved friends who are like family to me, my birth family, and the sweet animals we are guardians of and for how we all hold each other up during the rough times and celebrate together in the good times.

My cup runneth over. We are so blessed and excited for all that is to come 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

Phew! What a whirlwind! So much energy is loving. BIG things are happening.

After another potent class with the Women I am training at the Phoenix Priestess Mystery School………….

I am blown away by the amazing strength, rawness, and humility of these absolutely BEAUTIFUL women!

Happy Lammas! Today celebrates the first harvest and our beautiful cactus friends decided to share with us the beauty of their harvest.

The flowers will only bloom for a short time but their beauty is magnetic!

A reminder to us all that we are each different vibrant flowers blooming in our own time.

Don’t give up, all that you are feeding yourself with will blossom for you at the right time for you.

What is integration? We hear this term thrown around all the time in the healing world.
My understanding of integration is that it is: the ability to bring together all sorts of ourselves into the same reality while
Healing.

Sometimes, on our healing journey, things just don’t make sense. It can take a lot of time and many different levels to understand these fundamental discoveries on all levels: mind, body, heart, and spirit

For instance, you may have heard that “you are worthy no matter what”. You may understand it’s value in your mind but be unable to feel it on the level of your nervous system, in your body or in your heart. So, it needs to be “integrated” into these systems that aren’t feeling it.

Who needs integration?

Those who are on their healing journey and learning more about what they have been through to be where they are, those who are doing psychedelic medicine, those who have experienced trauma or a big shift in their life (divorce, job change, coming out) and don’t know how to fully understand the changes,

How do we do integration?

Here are some ideas:

Body level: yoga, acupuncture, massage, stretching, walking, cbd (or other) supplement

Mind level: journaling, meditating, therapy, coaching

Nervous system: reiki, acupuncture, breathing exercises, cbd supplement, tapping, chiropractic

When we live through trauma, it resides in our, mind, body and energy.

As we heal, it begins to be released through dreams, through little bursts, through memories rising to the surface.

These experiences/remembrances can be too overwhelming to our system to all happen at once and can be triggered by other events.

I am years away from living in some of the situations that caused me trauma. I have done years of healing, embodiment, release, and physical work to come to the other side.

Yet, this week, I restarted a yoga practice and found some shards of fear lying dormant within my being. This time of year for me was very intense at a certain point in my life.

The pain, the fear, the anger, the confusion, the vulnerability, the seemingly irrational responses to situations, the body soreness……all comes back for a bit of time.

I am so grateful for all the tools that I have to help me move through this re-emergence: sacred ceremony, herbal medicine, acupuncture, yoga pool, coaches/psychologists who I trust and who know me, and a partner who understands and accepts all that I am and have gone through.

So today I woke up and am well on my way back to full center, a bit more free because I have cleared this next piece of it from my body, mind and energy.

💥💥💥 big things brewing for this Solstice! The wheel is turning and the gates are calling 😍😘😘

Amazing week working with the women I am training to deepen into the energy of Love & pleasure ❤️❤️ and began discussions on Blessingway ceremonies!

It is so important to connect to the energies of each developmental and emotional portal we step through. This is something I believe is an issue for many people in our culture.

We do not have many of these ceremonies to mark large occasions in our life and when we do they are often circled around alcohol and not ceremonial honoring of the person stepping in.

When we honor these portals and create ceremonies around them, it helps us on soo many levels to step through these portals with intention, honoring, and energetic alignment 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

Sigh, it’s been a heavy heavy week….came back from our trip to COVID and a (tragic and surprising) death in the family.

Now everyone but the baby has it. We are all doing ok and recovering quickly.

So grateful for the tools of:

💜 deep reverent self care

💜 honesty about my feelings and ability to communicate them

💜 my amazing and beautiful priestesses in training who are such a bright spot in my life right now

💜 my amazing and loving family

💜 a little reset and some time to truly vision what’s next for me (it’s surprising and exciting and I can’t wait to get going 🤣)

💜 beloved friends who have been so supportive and helpful

💜 the lighter and joy that my sweet puppy and baby bring to my life

Feeling my feelings and walking through the pain and stress.

THIS is where the rubber hits the road, it’s not on those pretty, happy, sunny days- it’s when you’re in pain, sick, and sad.

THIS is life and we keep showing up, speaking truth, feeling our grief, love, and joy.

THIS is a BIG win for me, that I can walk through this and not get stuck in depression, sadness, self shame spirals.
