I've painted over 40' of murals in this lyrical style but with layers of metallic paints. These studies on paper are rare as I've only done a few studies in this abstract flow, most of my work is super colorful and in a more 'pop art' style.

Sorting thru past project photos...the COMPASSion mural on the floor at the Odd Fellows Temple - Healing Arts Space (which is no longer). That is a HUGE sofa in the back to give an idea of scale. This floor was disgusting before this...wish I had before and after shots. The arrows pointing to directions are in metallic paint so it really pops when the light hits it right. Not sure if the new owners will keep it or not.

One of our dear friends in Saugerties lost her life in a hit and run accident last night...21 years old and one of the most amazing young women we know. Does anyone know how to change the name of a page? We are no longer at the Odd Fellows Temple..but I would like to keep this page as a healing art space. I know I've been able to change the name in the past but with Meta it is a needle in a haystack to figure out.

Wonderful first workshop with Ellen McKay last night. We worked with Chinese black ink on newsprint and rice paper creating gestural images...it was a wonderful group and Ellen is a thoughtful and knowledgeable teacher. Looking forward to next week!
