Sunday's are for "sawce"!!! Tonight we take a trip to Puglia. Our featured pasta dish is Orecchiette con Cavolfiore, pasta with cauliflower. Besides cauliflower, there are pancetta pieces, fresh garlic and soft grated sheep's cheese in this dish. I added my personal touch with smoked paprika and cumin. This pasta goes very well with an Italian Primitivo wine or a Zinfandel.

As if our Sicilian Chicken wasn’t good enough already, we decided to put it on a toast point....Introducing our Sicilian Bruschetta!!! The base is toasted sourdough bread smeared with whipped ricotta and feta cheese. Topped with sauteed vegetables, crispy skin chicken and roasted lemon slices. Finished with freshly made pesto and Marsala “sawce”
