Mental Fitness coach to help people go from surviving to thriving

These 4 simple letters that create the words push / pull and fear / love are opposites and hold a lot of meaning behind the context in which they are used.

Do you feel like you are being pushed to succeed by yourself or others?

This push can feel like it is helping you, but in fact, it is ultimately fueled by fear. Pushing you to succeed through fear of failure, fear of rejection, or fear of looking bad.

What is the alternative to the push to succeed?
Pull, of course!

Your Sage, your original true self, your positive mindset, operates on love instead of fear. It pulls you to keep improving and achieving through your intrinsic love for yourself and others, and the love to explore, learn, and contribute.

Would you rather be pushed by fear or pulled by love? Are you moving away from pain or moving towards pleasure?

When you are pushing yourself, you will feel tension, stress, and other negative feelings along the way, as the path to success is never straight, and rarely unfolds fully as planned.

So next time you notice that you are pushing yourself, your employees, your partner, or your kids, STOP.

Find the pull by asking what you could be more curious about, empathic about, excited about, or contribute to.

Replace fear with love by exploring the root of what motivates you and help others around you do the same.

(Excerpt from Shirzad Chamine – Positive Intelligence)

Did you know that an average adult has over 6000 thoughts per day? (study from 2020)

Are your thoughts negative or positive? Are they judging yourself or others? Do you focus on good things or bad things? Are you practicing good self-talk when you have these thoughts?

Am I making you have more thoughts? :)

We are tribal beings that will naturally think negatively, as a survival mode. Do not feel that you need to bury or avoid a negative thought. It is best to understand why you are having this thought and to know what triggered the thought in the first place.

You can then grow from there, find motivation, and even make some positive changes.

If you need an accountability partner to support you, reach out for a discovery coaching call.

The breakthrough contribution of Positive Intelligence and Mental Fitness research is through factor analysis to discover the core factors that impact both performance and wellbeing.

This research revealed there are only 10 negative response factors (10 Saboteurs) and only 5 positive response factors (5 Sage powers).

Discovering these root-level factors of performance and wellbeing dramatically simplifies personal and professional development.

Intercepting one’s Saboteur and activating one’s Sage automatically results in a wide array of impacts including stress management, relationship improvement, performance, selling and persuasion, creativity, leadership, resilience, and happiness.

It is time for you to rewiring the brain at the root level rather than treating symptoms.

*Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence program is validated research with more than 500,000 participants from 50 countries, including CEOs, students, elite athletes, and sales, operations, and technology teams.

I am thrilled to share I have achieved my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)! I have been working on achieving this milestone for almost 2 years.

The International Coaching Federation states:

“Anyone can call themselves a coach. But ICF-credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Additionally, they adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers.”

Thank you to Coach U, Inc. and the faculty I had the pleasure of learning from, including Pamela Richarde, Amy Ruppert, and Elias Scultori. Thank you to my Mentor Coach, Theresa McKenna for pushing me to explore deeper goals for myself and my business. Thank you to my accountability partner Donald E. Coleman, ACC for challenging me to put myself out there and believe in myself. And Thank you to my husband, Darin, who is so massively supportive, I wouldn’t be where I am without him.
