We're closing a bit early today for a Private Event. We apologize for any inconveniences and hope to see you soon again with Many Cheers!

Great drive out to eastern WA to pick up our last lot of grapes for the year: Cabernet Sauvignon!

Our Syrah is coming along nicely! After catching a breath from harvest, we wanted to give you a quick Syrah update:

The grapes came in last Friday and were looking gorgeous. Our volunteer harvest crew came in, hand-sorted, foot-stomped, scooped into the press, and helped with the preparation and cleaning like wine production rockstars. Many thanks to you all!

Syrah is happily fermenting on wild yeasts and tasting great already. Soft tannins, great phenolics and flavor profile, we are looking forward to maturing this one and seeing how it will develop and all come together in the months and years ahead. We know, we don't want to wait that long too, but we feel it will be worth the wait!

In the meantime, we've got some other exciting wines we're working on that will be ready to drink before the Syrah and keep us happily distracted, so stay tuned for more updates soon.
