Shoutout to our very own Brian Nallin, RT, director and featured speaker at the May NWLA CEU event here in Shreveport. Brian focused on nutritional support and how it can effect ventilator weaning. Did you know PAM Health Shreveport is the only LTACH in our state that currently holds a JACHO Pulmonary Center of Excellence Certification?

All of us at PAM Health Shreveport hope everyone had a very happy and safe Memorial Day.

So glad we had the privilege of participating in the Springhill Senior Fun Day fair. There was a huge turnout from all over the Ark-La-Tex area. We were able to educate over 400 seniors on the benefits of LTAC and the services we provide here at PAM Health Shreveport. We hope to make it back next year for this wonderful event!

We are excited to work closely with our host hospital Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport to provide this unique clinical experience to the OLSU Pulmonary Critical Care Team. Here at PAM Health, we want to play a part in developing the best practitioners to serve our patients and community. We currently work with local nursing schools and respiratory therapy programs to provide a safe and impactful learning environment. We are proud to add the pulmonary clinical team at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport to our list of educational partners.
