Tonight was a fun night! Our Wrestlers and Jiu-Jitsu players ran Duals Tournament where Wrestlers represented their sport and BJJ represented theirs! Both learned a ton from each other and came together at the end as a Team! Looking forward to these more often!

Tuesday Night Fundamentals Class focusing on ecological approaches to passing the half guard! It’s great to see these BJJ players expressing their skills to the environment using basic concepts and principles to the art!

First Catch Wrestling class in the books! Coach Kenson led today’s class teaching basic fundamentals as Coach Pow provided a brief history of Catch Wrestling dating back to the late-1800s and early-1900s as Catch-as-Catch-Can and Carnival Wrestling in the states. We’re proud to be a Catch Wrestling affiliate with and excited to set a foundation of wrestling-based grappling!

If you’ve been bullied before, you know FIRST HAND how damaging and stifling it can be to your development and overall health. Before you put them in sports or activities that won’t build self-confidence, PLEASE consider putting them in BJJ, Judo, Muay Thai, and Wrestling. Almost every single Parent we know wishes their kids started earlier.

Kid’s 🥊🦵🏼Muay Thai 🇹🇭 class was 🔥🔥🔥 today!!!

There’s something to be said about being able to serve our 🇺🇸Country🇺🇸 outside of being 🫡 Active Duty Military. There’s a sense of continued mission and shared purpose beyond our borders that is lost in many of us Veterans. Being able to train with some of our Nation’s Finest (to include an 🤼OLYMPIAN🤼) is humbling and an absolute honor. Training to stay proficient in REALISTIC Weapons 🔫 training (yesterday was Rifle, today was Pistol) and close-quarters combat this week was a stark reminder that much is needed to improve. 📺 Stay tuned for more - because this training isn’t exclusive to Military. 😉
