Finishing the month strong, let’s congratulate our September “Troop” of the Month Elsa Bonilla! She is on an incredible fitness journey with over 50lbs lost since February through Coach D’s Shred Program. Elsa is a great motivator for many others and always works hard in bootcamp and gym side. Way to go Elsa! 💪

We couldn’t finish the month without a bang. November ’Troop’ of the Month goes to Franck Schuppius. He’s a hard-working, consistent and positively infectious member of the 530am crew. And this award is well deserved. Congrats Franck! And see you at the end of the Year celebration.

Hip hip hooray for our newest”Troop” of the Month for August. Ms. Jasmine is not only dedicated to her health and fitness but always comes in with a smile on her face, ready to work hard and help to inspire others. We are thrilled to celebrate her today and every day! ❤️🤗🙏

What a blessing! Because of the generousity of our members, family and cadre at both SOLDIERFIT Silver Spring and SOLDIERFIT Fulton locations, we have collected a huge assortment of school supplies for the ESYDA Back to School Drive 2022. Coach Fofo and his team have worked endlessly to help provide for families in our community and we had a chance to be a part of it. Thank you all for your kindness and support. It means so much.

Together we will walk. Join us as we remember Fallen Soldiers this Saturday, May 28th at 8 A.M. in honor of Memorial Day. Wear your SOLDIERFIT gear and meet us at Silver Spring Civic Bldg at Veterans Plaza. Families Welcome. Call Gloria at 301-572-4920 for more details.

In observance of the holiday and as a show of appreciation for those who have sacrificed, Soldierfit Silver Spring location will close at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and will remain closed until 5:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31st. Thank you.

Flags will be going up around the gym as we begin to receive photos of the men and women we honor and mourn who have passed while serving in the United States Armed Forces. We invite you to bring in photos of your famiy or friends who you’d like to honor in this way.

Saturday, May 28th at 8 A.M. we plan a RUCK for anyone who would like to participate. Location TBD. These photos and flags will be worn at the time of the Ruck on that specific day as well. RAIN OR SHINE.
