Free self defense seminar with Charlene Dixon on August 5th from 2 to 3:30 at 921 silver Spring avenue.

There's a bunch of stuff coming up next week. Game day/potlucks are on Saturday the 11th @7 pm for adults and Sunday the 12th for kids. 5 to 8 year old will be from 12 to 1:30, 9 years and up will be from 2 to 3:30.

We're also going to have some yoga classes next week. Thursday the 9th @7:45 pm instead of the regular sparring and Saturday the 11th right after Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

There's sign up sheets for all these things at the front desk.

Hey everyone - No classes tonight due to coach Nick having Covid. We will have our regular schedule of classes tomorrow and Saturday.

Saturday is the Free Women's Self Defense Seminar taught by local Brazilian Jiu Jitsu legend Charlene Dixon. There are still a few spots left. Email, text, or message us to reserve you spot.

Other events this month are the TCO tournament on the 14th, kids game day on the 21st, and adults D&D night on the 28th.

There will be no class today due to the weather. Stay on your couch with your dogs instead.

Friday, January 7th - There will be no morning class today due to the snow.

There will be no regular classes on Monday, January 3rd because of the snow.

Game night for adults and teens is this week Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Game day for kids is Sunday from noon to 2 pm - wear your costume if you'd like to!

We're back in action today. Kickboxing in the morning and evening, fitness and brazilian jiu jitsu at night.

Starting Tuesday the 18 we will be expanding the kids class class schedule. There will be a Tuesday and Thursday class for 5 to 8 year olds at 4:15 and a class for 9 to 12 year olds at 5.

Tonight's outdoor class will be delayed to Thursday so we don't slip on what may be a giant sheet of ice tonight.
