The mission of Phoenix Ranch School & Camp is to develop the unique abilities and potential of each child by offering an individualized, developmentally appropriate, and enriched educational program. We strive for excellence in all disciplines through a hands-on approach. Phoenix Ranch School & Camp will take its students on a journey of cognitive, social, creative, physical, technological, and moral achievement. Our innovative curriculum grows productive, caring, and intellectually curious citizens.

Founded in 1987 in Simi Valley, CA, The Phoenix Ranch is a private, independent school for children in infant care through 8th grade. Our vision was to fill a need in our community for a private, secular school where everyone would be welcome. We have dedicated our professional careers to the field of education and the creation of a unique and exceptional school of academic excellence with the desire to meet the needs of each child.

In 2016, we were thrilled to expand our school, so that we could better serve the needs of even more families seeking quality education. The Phoenix Ranch is now comprised of two campuses, East & West, both of which house state-of-the-art classroom facilities, large play areas, sports fields and swimming pools.

Our philosophy is to educate the whole child. We believe that a strong education supports the foundation for future academic success. Our curriculum fosters a love of learning through a broad range of activities to encourage children to reach their maximum potential. Students thrive and develop confidence in a secure and stimulating environment as they develop academically, creatively, physically, and socially.
