Zariah grew up in Elk Point, South Dakota but moved to Rochester, Minnesota after high school to continue her education in Neurophysiology. In Fall of 2022, Zariah moved back to South Dakota — this time landing in Sioux Falls.
When she’s not at StretchLab, you can find Zariah watching movies with her identical twin sister; cleaning, organizing, and decorating her home; and spoiling her 2 dogs.
Zariah’s favorite part about working at StretchLab is getting to know each member and the great relationships she has with her coworkers!

Emmy grew up in brookings, SD but has spent most of her teenage and adult life living around the Sioux Falls area, but she loves to travel to new places any chance she gets, and has a particular fondness for Portland, Maine.
When she’s not at Stretch Lab, you can find Emmy spending time with her boyfriend, hanging with her friends, or surrounding herself with animals, especially dogs!
Emmy’s favorite part about working at Stretch Lab is the relationship you build by chatting with members about their day, and the constant laughs that come with our coworkers!
