Restorative

🌟Targets: Restorative movement
Slow down, restore and realign with this gentle and supportive class. Restorative flow is great for the beginner, anyone needing a break from training or the person looking to relax and breath. Expect a slower pace with breathwork and common restorative yoga poses.
Flow + Balance
🌟Skill Level: Intermediate
🌟Targets: Breath to creative movement and Balance
In this yoga class there is a baseline understanding of common yoga poses, and transitioning. The tempo is faster, the transitions require more strength and balance, and newer more difficult poses are unlocked.
You will enjoy this class much more once you have an understanding of your body, yoga, and your strengths and weaknesses.
Power Yoga
🌟Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced
🌟Targets: Strength and baseline for arm balances
Power yoga is a style of Vinyasa yoga, it is a fast-paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent form of yoga for burning calories
Buti Yoga

🌟Targets: Full body conditioning
Buti yoga incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts & deep core conditioning. Movement formats incorporate spiral structure technique to build long, lean muscle tone while bringing balance to your body’s energetic and emotional systems.
Inside Flow
🌟Skill Level: Intermediate
🌟Targets: Breath and fluid movement
Music drives the Inside Flow Yoga classes and frames the whole sequence. During the Inside Flow class, you gently move from one posture to another carried by the music, bringing you into a trance-like, almost meditative state. Movement and breath are ONE.
AIReal Yoga
🌟Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate
🌟Targets: Decompression of the Spine, strength and mobility
🌟 Special Requirements: Socks and and a sleeved shirt must be worn
This transformative practice elevates & accelerates strength & mobility using silk hammocks. AIReal promotes deeper poses & enhances pose endurance. This class is Ideal for those with back pain, scoliosis or spinal fusions, It’s a unique way to overcome limitations and boost your traditional practice.
Mat Pilates
🌟Skill Level: Beginner to intermediate
🌟Targets: Core strength
A pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscles and core strength. Your instructor will give you options to use bands, exercise balls, and sometimes even small weights to help level-up your pilates experience.
Cycle
🌟Skill Level: All Levels
🌟Targets: Cardio and leg strength
🌟Special Requirements: Clean sneakers or Cycle shoes w/ cleats
Heart pumping, loud music and good times. The thrill of cycling on state of the art Keiser bikes.
Foundations Flow
🌟Skill Level: All levels
🌟Targets: Building a strong foundation in your practice
n this yoga class we marry breath to movement. This is a great place to start with a class tempo that gradually builds. There is an emphasis on greater explanation and fine tuning of the poses and transitions.
In a Foundations flow you can expect to only be in any one pose for a few breaths before moving into the next. For an experienced yogi, think of a peak pose being dancer. This is a great class for all levels, building strength, mobility, and confidence
SPA Yoga

🌟Targets: The 5 senses of the body
SPA Yoga® is a slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience based on Fluid Yoga sequencing.an all levels class that will guide you through a mindful practice engaging all of the senses. Starting with Pranayama, and then moving through postures that progressively open the body and focus the mind
Merge

🌟Targets: The myofascial system
A unique program incorporating specific movements and exercises to target the fascia. You will rebuild and restore areas of weakness or pain in the body, deepen your yoga practice, and optimize your entire athletic performance by learning about fascia and gaining a deeper understanding and connection with your body.
Healthy Aging

🌟Targets: Strength, stability and flexibility
Healthy Aging classes are low impact and are a blend of Yoga, Pilates and PR. Pulling a bit from each with the sole intention of maintaining and enhancing balance, strength, and mobility. This class can also be considered active recovery.
