Hello All- Please SHARE and VOTE for Tipsy! We are the City of Spartanburg Animal Services. The two of us go out every day and try to Trap, Neuter and Release (TNR) every single feral cat we can find in our beautiful city. Tipsy is just one of around 850 cats that my partner and I have TNR’d in less than two years. Our goal is to reduce the enormous number of hungry, sick or injured cats that go unseen, and therefore not helped. Your votes and shares will help us continue our passion of helping every single cat we can find. Please, if you can, share and vote for Tipsy and ask everyone else to as well! Thank you for every single vote and share!!
