Join Dr. T.K. Gregg Community Center staff and of course SANTA CLAUS for storytime tomorrow December 9th at 12pm! This is a FREE event geared toward ages 4-12.

Don’t forget tonight from 5pm-8pm is Santa on the Square! Bring the family down to Morgan Square in Downtown Spartanburg to see Santa and have pictures taken! Big thanks to Hello Family Spartanburg for coming out and having FREE ornament crafts for the kiddos!

School will be out soon and our Community Centers will be hosting Winter Break Camps! The Dr. T.K. Gregg Community Center will host ages 12 through 17 and the C.C. Woodson Community Center will host ages 5 through 11. These are FREE programs for our youth (Registration Required)! I enjoy being able to serve the City I love and live in by bringing the community together through fun and exciting events!

What do you enjoy outside of work?
In my free time, I love walking my dog, Miller, along many trails the City of Spartanburg has to offer!

Why do you love your job?
What's not to love about working in Parks and Recreation? I love that I get to create and be a part of such a growing environment for youth, adults, and seniors. I love the smiles I can bring to everyone's face and meeting new people in the city I love and live in!

What do you enjoy outside of work?
My favorite thing to do when I am away from work is to beautify and pamper others and develop my skin and haircare brand. I love being a cosmetologist and esthetician.
