Last night I got to guide these amazing people through a one hour myofascial release class. I taught techniques to release tension and unlock the body’s natural healing abilities. The stress melted away as they learned to target trigger points and release tight fascia, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and free.

It was an incredible opportunity to nourish the body, mind, and soul. It was an evening of self-care and blissful release. ✨
