Did you know that frybread, a beloved staple in Indigenous cuisine, is made with just five simple ingredients? Flour, water, salt, a small amount of oil, and baking powder come together to create this crispy, golden delight. πΎβ¨
This dish, deeply rooted in history, holds cultural significance and symbolizes resilience and tradition. Despite its simplicity, frybread carries the flavors of generations and the spirit of community.
Next time you enjoy a piece, remember itβs more than just a snack β itβs a piece of history on your plate. ππ
