🍂✨ As fall begins and the temperatures drop, it's easy to slip into unhealthy habits as our bodies naturally seek a more restful state. This season, we invite you to take a moment to jot down your unhealthy habits and explore healthier alternatives. You might be surprised by the positive changes you can experience in just one month! Let’s embrace this time of transition together.💚
🌱Growth happens when avoidance ends.🌱
Avoiding your problems may seem easier initially, but they’ll only grow, leading to more anxiety and stress over time. By facing challenges head-on, you regain control and build resilience, allowing even the toughest problems to shrink as you confront them.
Try these tips the next time anxiety starts to take over your body:
1. Focus on your breath – Slow, deep breaths can calm your nervous system.
2. Stay present – Ground yourself by focusing on what you can see, hear, and feel.
3. Challenge anxious thoughts – Ask yourself if the worry is realistic or helpful.
4. Limit stimulants – Reduce caffeine and sugar intake to keep anxiety in check.
5. Move your body – Physical activity helps release built-up tension.
6. Practice self-compassion – Treat yourself kindly and acknowledge that it's okay to feel anxious sometimes.
We support raising a generation where children can freely express their emotions, so they don’t carry unresolved feelings into adulthood. As many of us are just now learning to fully feel our emotions, it’s a powerful reminder of how important it is for the next generation to grow up in an environment that encourages emotional openness. Let’s build a future where feeling is healing.
Emotional intelligence is a big piece of the emotional regulation puzzle, which plays a major role on executive functioning skills.

A powerful way to manage anxiety or panic attacks is to picture them as a wave—building, peaking, and then falling. Just like the ocean, every rise is followed by a fall. These feelings are temporary and will pass, even in the hardest moments. The key is to face them head-on. Avoiding your emotions often makes them worse. When we fully allow ourselves to feel anxiety, that’s when true growth and healing begin. 🧘♀️🌊💚
Riding the Anxiety Wave
When facing anxiety head-on, it's like riding a wave. 🌊 During exposure, it's important to recognize that the anxiety will rise but eventually fall. Stay strong through the tough moments—there is hope and glitter on the horizon. 🌅✨
Trust the process, you're stronger than you think. 🙏
Let go of the past and future—your mind will thrive in the present. 🌿
This is so relatable!

Progress isn't just about big leaps. It’s often about those small daily steps, trying things in a different order, or gradually doing more. Everyone’s journey looks unique, and that’s perfectly okay. Remember, every step forward is valuable, no matter how small it seems.
Progress can look like progressively doing more, doing just a little bit each day, or doing different things in a different order. 💧
