Tim and Karen met their mentor John Kitkoski, who introduced them to the concept that we can improve our health if we listen to our body – especially using our senses of smell and taste. John believed the first step was to turn on and tune up the body’s basic operating system by hydrating and improving electrolyte balance.

In 2008, Tim and Karen built upon this theory to create SenseAble Supplements to explore the science and practical application of our senses of smell & taste for personalized nutrition. We’ve combined our unique 30 years experience to provide the education, support and products to use smell and taste to help you make smarter supplement and food choices. The gift of this approach is the realization that our bodies can guide us to building optimal health.
