Our Story

St. Louis Food Rescue (STLFR) is a 501(c)3 organization registered with the State of Missouri and serving the Greater St. Louis community by collecting perishables from various retailers that would have ccdiscarded it and bringing it to homeless shelters and food pantries that serve those in need. STLFR is 100% teenage volunteer run, operating on evenings and weekends when mainstream food collection agencies are closed. We currently make multiple deliveries each week to organizations, which in turn feed thousands of hungry men, women and children. We are looking for teenage volunteers, and responsibilities include collecting and delivering food.
