The newspaper is published seven times a semester, typically every other week. We accept national and local advertising.

Today we published a special report looking at multiple semesters worth of public documents from Delta College that were requested initially in September and started being delivered in April.
The reporting is on Delta's continued violation of the "67 percent rule," which informs how part-time faculty are scheduled.

Delta College announced last night that Area 5 Trustee Kathy Garcia has stepped down from her seat on the Board of Trustees. Garcia, who represents East Stockton and parts of Calaveras County, was being sued by the district to remove her from the seat due to holding incompatible public offices. On Saturday, 14 Oct, Collegian Staff attended the 2023 JACC NorCal Journalism Conference at San Francisco State University. Collegian won several individual awards, including General Excellence for Print Edition.
Sports writer, columnist, podcaster; Marcus Thompson II, lectures about improving sports journalism.
"What I want you to do is; stop focusing on the game," Thompson II said while covering sports analysis. "The test to see how good you are, is in writing sports."

The Collegian stopped by to cover the festivities at 'Pachanga Presente', a flag parade hosted by the Digital Media department at Delta College.
