We love our Yogi girlies. Hey, fun fact! Cassidy and I (kt) have been besties for over a decade and have been talking about this studio for almost that amount of time.

Heather and I shared a space that we sub-leased from Shanequa back in the day, about 7 years ago, and didn’t even know it.

I could share a fun story about each instructor we have. But that would take up a lot of your feed. It’s so funny how things come full circle🩵 now look at us all, living our best sweaty lives at thg 🙂 thankful

We’d like to introduce you to our new weekend volcanic vinyasa flow instructor, McKenzie. Here’s a little bit about her ❤

Hi! I’m McKenzie Allen and yoga is a part of who I am all the time, not just on the mat. I found it at 18 in college, and had the epiphany in my very first class that movement didn’t have to feel panicked, painful, or rushed. Exercise doesn’t have to feel forced or punishing. In fact, it should feel like an act of love.

From then on I was hooked.

I continued to practice, and eventually found a lovely heated studio in Dallas where I received my 200 hr RYT certification. If I loved yoga before…I became OBSESSED with hot yoga during the pandemic! It brought me back to childhood, letting myself be a dripping sweaty mess without a care in the world.

Since becoming certified, I’ve had two daughters and understand now more than ever what a privilege it is to have a healthy body.

Offering a yoga class in the town that raised me is such a blessing. Come flow with me and find out how it feels to be a kid again ❤️
