She's down a total of 4.6 pounds, but she gained some weight back in HEALTHY dry lean muscle mass (1.1 pounds). With muscle mass, your body retains more water. So yes, her number on the scale may not have dropped a huge amount but in reality, Miss Tayli lost 7 POUNDS of body fat. She decreased her body fat percentage by 2.8%. Remember people, it's FAT LOSS, not WEIGHT LOSS.

Classes M,W,F:
3-4 pm 14 to 17-Year-Olds
4-5 pm 8 to 13-Year-Olds
βBoxing for Fitnessβ will be a 60-minute class including a warm up. Bring the best of boxing, strength, agility, conditioning, and mobility into one class.
Boxing is led virtually by Sarah Howell, owner of Wolfpack Fitness and former professional MMA fighter. In-person instruction and athletic development led by Coach Harry Peoples, former NFL player & top level athlete.
Keep Your Kids Busy & In Shape
Our kidβs program does not focus on competitive boxing and we will not do any sparring. We will focus on form and technique and learning traditional footwork and combinations. This is a fun way for kids to learn a new sport and keep in shape during the off-season of their competitive sport. They will practice discipline, and hard work and develop a stronger work ethic. They will have fun getting regular exercise and building self-confidence and self-esteem.

The cost is $120 per student and we have 25% off for family discounts (family members must reside in the same household). This membership is on a month-to-month basis, so no joining fees, no contracts, and no cancellation fees! Perfect for between sports and during the off-season.
