Level up your Leg Day with Reverse Lunges.π¦΅
1. Start Position: Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and hands on your hips or by your sides.
2. Step Back: Take a big step backward with your right foot, landing on the ball of your foot and keeping your heel off the ground.
3. Lower Your Body: Bend both knees to lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the floor and your back knee is just above the ground. Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle.
4. Push Back Up: Push through the heel of your front foot to return to the starting position.
5. Switch Sides: Repeat the movement with your left leg stepping back.
6. Repeat: Continue alternating legs for your desired number of repetitions.
