When you buy an item from the Sale on September 9, the money goes directly to the scouts and making their childhood experience a memorable one. In 2022, we went Whitewater Rafting on the Wenatchee River, in 2023, we chartered a bus to Camp Easton in Idaho. All of this could be possible by your donations.

Come visit these ladies from Troop 299G and Pack 299 at the Tacoma Mosaic Fest! We are playing games, tying knots and enjoying the sunshine!

We are Seattle with an ETA of 11:45am. Please meet at the parish center. Do not park in the lot to pick up your child, only street parking please.

Day 5 - Friday. Today was a fun day filled with activities. The day of Cultus Games, Lake Challenge Challenge, and more, culminated in closing campfire with the presentation of awards.

Day 4 - Thursday. Today was the final day of merit badges. Congratulations to all scouts who earned badges or advanced in rank. Today we also completed our service project. We moved and cut firewood for the camp. Tomorrow is the camp wide games and community day as well as night zip. Keep an eye out for those photos.

Day 2/3 - Tuesday and Wednesday. More merit badge work, campfires and fishing!

Day 1 - Monday! Today we started Merit Badges and our troop time was zip lining as a troop. Tomorrow there’s more to come. Stay tuned.

Troop 299 is leaving Tacoma for Fire Mountain Scout Camp on Lake Challenge in Mt. Vernon tomorrow morning! Cell service permitting, we will update parents and our community daily with pictures of the trip via our social media platforms. Make sure that you are following and have liked our pages. Just a reminder that scouts AND LEADERS GOING TO CAMP should be in Class A uniforms tomorrow morning before we depart for camp. Scouts and leaders should have a change of clothes under their uniform.

To ensure a timely departure, Troop 299 check-in will begin at 11:30am in the PARISH CENTER parking lot. When you arrive, we will double check that you have all your forms and payments turned in and are ready to go. The drive to Fire Mountain Scout Camp is roughly 2 hours. Camp check-in is at 3pm. Cars will leave at 12pm sharp.
