Transgender Tallahassee is a group founded to support those who challenge the idea of gender as binary.
The group hosts Gender Chat every second Tuesday of the month to provide a resource to those transitioning, as well as for members of their families. Transgender Tallahassee is a branch of The Family Tree LGBT Community Center in Tallahassee, Florida. As a group it meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the United Church in Tallahassee, 1834 Mahan Dr. for what it calls Gender Chat. All humans who consider themselves transgender, allies and affirming family members are welcome.

Florida: "Misrepresenting" Gender On Drivers Licenses Is Fraud, Changes Now Banned The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles announced in a letter that drivers license gender changes are no longer available, and trans people could be charged with fraud.

Our Gender Chat group meeting will resume in June. Instead of the second Tuesday, we will meet on the 3rd Tuesday at 7 PM at the United Church of Tallahassee on Mahan Dr.
