Let's get our President into the Top Position of the FL Region! VRG for FL Region Vice-President!
Make It Happen...
I learned years ago with my experience in the "Marching 100" band was to "Make it Happen." While it entailed quite a few things, the one thing I learned from it is to rise to the challenge, to "Fight and win whate'er the battle be," and achieve the impossible. This has carried over in not only the organizations I've been a part of, but my life, as well.
To me, making it happens means to do whatever needs to be done for the advancement of the organizations I lead and am a part of, to represent my organization to the best of my ability, and to help "the least of these" whenever possible.
This means that if we want our Region, our NAA, our University to survive and thrive, we need to go above and beyond, give more of ourselves, and make whatever "it" is for the betterment of our University!
Looking for a strong leader with a vision who can Make It Happen? Support VRG in his campaign to be the next FL Region Vice-President!
Vote for experience in not only leading an organization, but one who has had the opportunity to build one from the ground up! From the Windy City (Chicago) Rattlers, to the Marching 100 Alumni Band Association, to the Leon County Chapter, serving as a mentor to thousands of young adults, I know what the region needs and with your help, we can be the change we want to see!
Support our President in his quest to become the next FL Region Vice-President!
So... what do I do when I'm not working on FAMU things? Glad you asked. :-)
I love to spend time with my biological and church families, having the occasional trip to Chuck E. Cheese. I am a freelance photographer (like my dad), I also love to bowl and ride my bicycle when time allows (which reminds me, I need to get my bike serviced). I like to bake cakes from scratch, I'm a t-ball coach, Cowboys and Braves fan, and have enough orange and green to wear for at least a month and not repeat lol.
I think that you should know some of these things in case you want to challenge me in bowling, or ride a few miles on the weekend, or meet us at Chuck E. Cheese for some pizza and soft drinks lol.
But seriously, being a leader requires balance, and an open mind to ideas and suggestions. Let's put our heads together and come up with ways to improve our region. With me as your Regional Vice-President, it won't be the same, it'll be much better, more exciting, and more beneficial to our alma mater!
