To support our rapidly growing client base, we are seeking to hire a corporate transactional attorney with at least 7 years of significant experience in corporate/business law. Experience in the practice areas of mergers and acquisitions, and/or securities (private offerings, seed to Series B range) a plus! Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

In addition to having a strong work ethic, the ideal candidate will have a passion to be immersed in Tampa Bay’s burgeoning start-up community and will be adept at balancing business realities with legal considerations. This position requires excellent academic credentials as well as outstanding written and oral communication skills as the candidate will be actively engaged with clients from day one.

Candidates must also be independent self-starters who take pride in producing high-quality work and must be committed to being responsive to clients.

We offer a competitive base salary with significant upside potential through quarterly bonuses, based on the candidate’s contributions. Additionally, we offer medical benefits, a 401k, a generous PTO allowance, and a budget for CLE and marketing efforts.
