Pizza Time!!! Hickory smoked meat lovers pizza for the win - Sausage, Bacon, pepperoni, red onion and red bell peppers

1. Make the dough, let it rise 1 hour ( store bought dough skip step)

2. Preheat smoker 300 /325

3. Roll or stretch the dough outt, place it onto parchment paper and place on pizza pans / cookie sheet

4.Top with desired toppings

5. Open bottle of wine / beer ( no need for it to rest)

6. Cook for 15 mins and then rotate. Slide pizza of pan and parchment paper onto smoker grate. Cook an additional 10 mins. cool. And devour.
