Principal of the Day & Teacher of the Day winners from our 25th Anniversary Gala!!

3rd Grade Chumash field trip! The Chumash Museum is right in our backyard and we were lucky enough to be able to walk to such a great learning experience!

Our Wranglers love hands on learning through field trips & assemblies!

1st grade had a robots & rockets assembly! Captain Bob taught the students how rockets began and all about how robots are used in films and to explore Mars!

2nd graders went to Public Works to learn how the city of Thousand Oaks’ infrastructures operate, manage water supply to maintaining our roads and more!

Kindergartners went to Underwood Farms to conclude their Farm unit! They picked strawberries and visited with all the farm animals!

Today, we celebrate our amazing speech teacher Denise Vels! She empowers our students to communicate with confidence and clarity! Her dedication to helping others find their voice is truly inspiring! Thank you for all that you do!

We ended the week of staff and teacher appreciation with a Taco Bar!! Thank you 4th & 5th grade families! We love our Lang Ranch PTA and families!! Thank you for spoiling us all week!

Our 5th grade Wranglers visited the Ronald Reagan Library this week! They walked through interactive exhibits and explored the rich history that shaped our nation.

1st Grade America show was star spangled spectacular!! 🇺🇸 ⭐️

“On Wednesday in the LRE cafe”…we were treated to sandwiches and dessert! Thank you 2nd grade families!

Yesterday, was Principal day! We celebrated Ms. Triplett and Mrs. Kritscher, our incredible leaders who guides, inspires, and supports us every day! They work endlessly to make our school a safe, loving and communal environment!!

Lang Ranch welcomed award winning author Minh Le and New York Times bestselling illustrator Dan Santat! They introduced their new book, Built to Last and discussed how they create their books!

14 of our Wranglers competed against 100 other students in the county today at Battle of the Books at the VCOE! One of our teams won 3rd place!!

Today, we celebrate the amazing members of our schools administrative team who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From ensuring our school is a welcoming place to everything in between, they do it all with a smile! Thank you for all you do!

Remember when you purchase a book to mention your teachers name- the class with the most books purchased will get a popsicle party!

Author, Shohreh Khalilova , came to the Ranch to introduce her new book: I Am Calamari! Our first & second graders LOVED the book! You can order a copy on Amazon and she will be back in May to sign copies!
