Thursday Knowledge:
Parents, today many kids focus on one sport and one sport only. A major thing we learn from interviewing pro athletes is that they played multiple sports growing up. This is one major thing that is over looked in athleticism.
1️⃣ Get out of your comfort zone, while we are home learn a new skill in a different sport. Here are some ideas to get you started
2️⃣Learn to play catch if your a soccer player
3️⃣If you play a sport that requires mostly hands on the ball practice some soccer skills
4️⃣If you have access to a pool and you play a running sport, work on your swimming
5️⃣If you’re a swimmer, practice your running.
0️⃣All of these skills will help you in whatever sport you play.
