đ¨ Attention CBE, CPE, WCE, and MSE families! đ¨ Your schools are going head-to-head in a friendly competition to see which building can get the most families signed up for library cards at Powell Memorial Library this September! đ For each family that signs up, your school receives a point! The building with the most points will win FREE books for their own school library.
Already have a card? No problem! Just swing by the library, let us know which school you attend, and we'll add it to your school's tally. It's a great excuse to drop by and explore if you havenât visited in a while. Letâs see which school will take the crown! đ
Information on obtaining a library card can be found at the following link: https://www.troy.k12.mo.us/2872_3

Find out about so many amazing things happening in LCR3 and our 14 schools by liking and following our social media pages. You can find a list of most of our accounts on the website, https://www.troy.k12.mo.us/2752_3.
Be sure to complete a Free and Reduced Meal Application for your family. Forms are available online at https://www.troy.k12.mo.us/6373_2 and can be returned to your child's school office.
Completing this form supports our students for more than just meals! The number of qualifying free and reduced meal applications that we receive also directly impacts the Federal funds received by the District, which helps provide important services such as:
- tutoring,
- reading and math interventions,
- social and emotional supports,
- college application, ACT, SAT, and AP fees, and
- dual enrollment tuition
The District uses ParentSquare as its main communications platform. The app is free in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
