Community of Christ Oklahoma Mission Center
We proclaim Jesus Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love, and peace.
To those seeking a spiritual home:
Community of Christ is a welcoming, loving, worldwide faith community that values the worth of every person as a child of God.

Today, we start our season of waiting. We set watch in the night sky and beckon the wise to follow.
When hope hangs low in the human heart, when darkness threatens to overcome our sense of safety and hope for the future, may we kindle our compassion, breathing life into the early embers of change and empathy.
Today, we light a candle for hope, sending prayers into the heavens and dreams deep into the human soul. As Advent begins, let us be aware of your light shining on those who have journeyed before us. May the seeds they planted in the world—hope, peace, love, and joy—take hold in our hearts and stretch toward the light.
We light a candle for Hope. May it light our way.
Start your December 🎄off right! Join an Oklahoma Mission Center Congregation for Communion worship tomorrow morning and the start of the Advent season!
In Community of Christ, we believe ALL are welcome to participate in the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper. Another wonderful cause you can support on this ! Donate today! ⬇️
It's Giving Tuesday! Project Eye Can Help would appreciate your support! We had 10 families apply for financial assistance just in November and are expecting more in December. Help make a difference for children battling retinoblastoma and vision loss!
Even a small amount helps!
Donations can be made at the link posted in the comments.
Another opportunity to bless others on this is to support the Edmond Street Ministry Program! Make a financial contribution or collect items for donation. Learn more below! ⬇️
It's that time of year again!
As it gets colder, our siblings on the streets need our support more than ever! Each Saturday for more than a decade, members and friends of the Edmond Congregation wake before the sun rises and head to downtown Oklahoma City (no matter the weather) to provide clothing, breakfast, and other items to those who are experiencing homelessness.
Over the years, several congregations and a multitude of individuals have contributed to this program through donations. However, in order to ensure Edmond is best able to serve our siblings on the streets, they need our help with replenishing supplies!
Thus, the Oklahoma Mission Center is encouraging congregations to adopt an item (or a few) on their list to collect/donate to help out this incredible ministry. Winter is truly a trying time for Christ's beloveds on the streets and this is a wonderful opportunity to support an incredibly meaningful Community of Christ ministry during this giving season.

Any donation - no matter the size - will help us reach our goal of raising $5,000 USD by December 31. Learn more about why you should consider a donation to Harmony this season at the link below.
