This weekend, India celebrates its Independence Day, and last month, TGA hosted four International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) meteorologists and weather influencers from India. Part of their visit, and part of every international visitor’s stay in Tulsa, is - the opportunity to share a meal with Tulsa families and volunteers. TGA thanks Alejandro Muñozcano, Carla Munozcano, and Dayal Meshri for hosting them for home hospitality dinner in Tulsa, along with FOX23 News Meteorologist Mike Grogan Weather. Host a Canadian Student with TGA!
July 19-29, TGA will be hosting twelve high school students and two adults through the U.S. State Department's "Youth Ambassadors with Canada" program to learn about social inclusion.
Host families are needed to host one or two visitors in their homes and provide meals and transportation to and from the Tulsa Global Alliance office on weekdays. TGA can assist with transportation if needed.
