Utilize our Park and Ride by parking in the Fairway Shopping Center on W. Prospect Ave. and S. Dinuba Blvd. The Trolley will pick you up there and take you to the entrance. This FREE service will operate from 6-11pm. 🚍🚏

Great news!! Our Manuel F. Hernandez Community Center is now open on SATURDAYS!🥳 (Beginning July 13th!!)

This center provides free technology and programs for youth in our community. The drop-in program provides a safe space where youth can work, learn, and become designers and creators.

Youth work side-by-side with leaders to develop a passion for technology with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) based activities, hands-on clubs and the opportunity for leadership, growth, and self-expression.

Additional activities include fun dance clubs, sports, and crafts.

Cost: Free
Grades: Kindergarten – 12th (Minimum age 5 yrs.) Participants in 9th – 12th grade (must show current school ID)
Days: Monday - Friday
During School:
-2:45 – 5 p.m. (November - February)
-2:45 - 5:30 p.m. (March - October)
-12:30 p.m. start time on VUSD Minimum Days
-1:30 p.m. start time on VUSD Early Release Wednesdays

City of Visalia logo redesign process is now underway. Community members, artists, and all those with an eye for design are invited to submit their artwork for consideration.

Submissions are now accepted through Tuesday, July 2 until 5pm. All ages are able to submit their design via online submission form or you can drop it off at the City of Visalia Administration Office (220 N. Santa Fe).

🌟 When: Open Tuesdays - Saturdays from 1pm - 3pm through August 9
🌟 Where: Redwood High School Pool (1001 W. Main St. Visalia, CA 93291)
🌟 How Much: Pay $2 per person at the gate or purchase a Swim Pass to get 20 sessions for $30. Passes must be purchased in-person at City Hall West.
🌟 Who: All ages are welcome, but anyone 8 years old and under must be accompanied by a companion older than 16 years old.
🌟 Note: Only Coast Guard-approved life jackets are allowed. Floaties and other flotation devices will not be permitted.

That’s what we love about Mill Creek Garden Park. 🌲 It’s a great park in spring, summer, and fall for sports practices, playing on unique play structures, and long walks.

But in winter… 😍 It’s beautiful even on a wet day with so many different types of plants and trees. It also has a great loop walking path that makes for a wonderful brisk walk outside. 💨
