The problem of food insecurity is often an overlooked crisis in America. The unfortunate reality is that there are families right now suffering from this issue. According to the USDA’s annual Household Insecurity in the United States report, “about 44 million Americans suffer from food insecurities and about 13 million children out of those 44 million go hungry each day.” For this to go unnoticed would be a disgrace. Therefore, those who are willing to make a change can do so by giving back to these communities. Here at Taino inc. we serve as a liaison between those who are willing to give and those who need the the assistance.
