It’s Not the overall amount of time that we devote in practicing yoga and meditation that necessarily matters.
It’s the presence in which we attend to it when we do. I find this to be true for my own personal experience.
Perhaps you have to?
So don’t be afraid that you only have X amount of time to spend on it. If you have only 5 minutes be with yourself completely…. Whatever yoga shape, breathing exercises or sitting that you do.
If we let go of how we think it needs to look like, we may just find that we are not just doing our practices, but embodying them.
California friends be on the look out for a workshop coming soon at one of my favorite yoga studios.

We're excited to share this awesome fundraising event for a local cause right here in our community! Founded in 2012, The Sisterhood of Sobriety sought to fill several needs. The first and most obvious was the need for sober housing, exclusively for women. Next, it was to show women and mothers how to rebuild their lives, which had become centered around alcohol and drugs. Finally, the Sisterhood sought to help them find new purpose and meaning that could sustain them into a future without drugs and alcohol.
We are happy to host this fundraising event on Sunday, June 2nd! There'll be delicious food and giveaways as well as an opportunity to hear how your donation supports women. The ticket purchase is tax deductible! We hope you'll grab a friend and come join us!
Tickets can be purchased on The Sisterhood for Sobriety website (the link will be in the comments below). ✨

Intuitive Writing Workshop! This Sunday! And it's included with your Indigo membership / class pass 🎉
Learn how to become more courageous, conscious, and creative — even if you don't have experience writing.
This workshop is perfect for anyone who enjoys or is curious about writing, self-expression, and self-discovery, interested in building confidence and clarity in their voice, nourishing emotional and spiritual health, and discovering connection, growth, and insight.
Each writer gets an intimate experience, knowing their stories offer value, connection, and freedom to be more of their true selves and encourage others to feel the same.
What is Intuitive Writing?
It is a relaxed writing practice where we use poetry as writing prompts and write for 15 minutes at a time. We write continuously to get past the perfectionist and the part of our mind that likes to do things well.
Intuitive Writing is a healing and transformative practice where we learn to create beautiful, spontaneous, innate, more honest, and less perfect writing without editing or judgment.
It is a safe space where we learn to listen to what's within with an open and curious mind and heart and practice sharing from the sincere place, opening the channels for connection—letting us feel less alone and fostering a sense of belonging.
What You'll Learn/Feel/Discover:
Self-care: Learn how intuitive flow writing can be a supportive self-care practice.
Uplifting: Feel supported, empowered, and inspired.
Creativity: Engage with your creative unconscious and unleash the body's wisdom.
Understanding: Feel seen and heard.
Flow: Practice uninterrupted, continuous flow writing without editing, getting beyond your conditioned and critical mind.
-
How to prepare for class:
Please bring something to write with. This could be paper, a journal or notebook, and a pen.
Come as you are. Our writing practice is meant to meet us where we are as we are and will support each of us very uniquely.
Please review the Intuitive Writing Guidelines. (Will be emailed to you the week of this workshop)
Create an intention for yourself and our time together.

Breema for Presence in Movement & Touch: An Experiential Workshop this Saturday, April 6th!
In this workshop, we will explore how the nurturing and dynamic movements of Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork support the body, mind, and feelings to work together. In the atmosphere created by coming to body-mind connection, there is an aliveness we can bring to all activities in life.
The aim of Breema and Self-Breema is to bring that experience of presence to our daily life. The natural, non-judgmental approach to using the body introduces us to a unique quality of movement and touch that supports physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance in any activity we do, opening us up to the possibility of becoming present.

We have two amazing BREEMA events coming up!
March 29th is an introduction to BREEMA and you'll get a sample of this bodywork in our 90-minute Friday Night Healing Series class that is included with your class pass or membership. Be sure to register in advance to reserve your spot!
On Saturday, April 6th, we are hosting a 4-hour workshop with Alexis and Birthe from the Breema Center in Oakland! This will be an in-depth workshop where we will explore how the nurturing and dynamic movements of Self-Breema exercises and Breema bodywork support the body, mind, and feelings to work together.
Breema relates to the body as a vehicle to enter into the present moment. Through presence, when we experience the innate intelligence and instinctive wisdom of the body, anything we do is Breema and can connect us to our deeper nature.
Birthe Kaarsholm RSMT, CMT is a staff instructor at the Breema Center in Oakland, California where she has taught and practiced Breema since 2000. Alexis Mulhauser, CMT is also an instructor at the Breema Center and has over 20 years of experience studying and teaching movement, including Breema, Yoga, martial arts, and dance.

This week, Paul Bogle returns to lead another fabulous Friday Night Healing Series class:
The Spring Equinox and Equilibrium Energy 🌷✨
Friday, March 22nd
7:00-8:30pm
Indigo Membership, class pass or $28 drop-in
As we approach the Spring Equinox, the day when the northern & southern hemispheres have equal amounts of daylight, we often read and hear about the importance of balance. Equilibrium, however, in a living system such as our human bodyminds doesn't sustain static balance. Rather, we perform a continual "balancing act". In order to grow and evolve, we must move away from maintaining balance.
At the cusp of spring, in this Friday Night Healing class, we work with the various forces within and without, moving from wintery slowing to spring-y quickening, allowing for just enough imbalance to act intentionally and responsively in our lives. Dynamic, continuous balancing and rebalancing is our nature, so let's explore that with our bodyminds in a fun, supportive, gentle way all together.
Paul Bogle is an esteemed astrologer who lives here in the East Bay. He has a beautiful way of helping one to understand what is happening in the celestial realms to harness the energy and use it practically in our daily lives.
Please wear comfortable clothing to move around in. 💜

Intuitive Group Reading & Energy Healing w/ Caleb Neeper this Friday night! March 15th @ 7:00-8:30pm
Join Caleb for a night of sweet healing as he will guide the group towards an inner journey with the use of his voice, ability to read energy, and weave a story together. We will drop into a space of letting go of the mainstream day-to-day, as well as shed 'the old stuff' like trauma, wounds, and feelings of lack or unworthiness.
While that clearing is taking place we will also reorient ourselves and tap into our personal power of Spirituality and the spring of abundance that is YOU! And lastly, overall encourage a natural transformation into the ease of Being, promoting deep nourishment of the body and purposeful movement or "action steps" towards your Dreams.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome. Dress comfortably, bring water if you like, and optional: extra blanket(s), eye pillow.
One important thing to note is that when Caleb reads energy during these group experiences, he doesn’t read individual people but the energy of the group. However, it is just as potent as working individually with someone, the difference being the approach of the reading. Group readings are a powerful way to access the deep divine mystery from within and around us, while also connecting and reaching many people at the same time. Holding space for the group journey while at the same time also allowing the individual person to receive exactly what they need.
What you can expect:
Introduction, share, and grounding meditation
Intuitive Group Reading and Energy Healing
Extended gong shower and integration
