We're celebrating our 23rd anniversary this month 🥳 Let’s throw it back to how we started:
After a decade of studying and teaching the Lotte Berk Method, Burr Leonard refined Lottie's exercises to maximize muscle targeting with the help of physical therapists. In 2001, fueled by her passion, the inaugural Bar Method studio opened its doors in San Francisco. Today, there are over 75 studios nationwide, with more on the horizon.

With summer coming to a close we have a lot of staff squeezing in last minute vacations (hopefully you are, too!). Starting next week we have the following changes to the schedule (and these are reflected on the app):
☀️August 5th-August 8th: Tues/Wed/Thurs 11 am and 12:15 classes are cancelled
☀️Weeks of Aug 12th and Aug 19th: Tues/Thurs 12:15 pm class cancelled
We also added some permanent changes starting this month!
🤍All 8:30 am classes will now be at 8:45 am
🤍Saturdays will now start at 7:15 am with our 30/30 cardio & strength combo
🤍Wednesdays at 7:15 am are now cancelled
