So, return the favor, and show your shoulders a little extra love today. Try these stretches throughout your day โคต๏ธโ

โ๐ผEagle Arms: Start with arms in a cactus shape ๐ตand then bring one elbow underneath the other. If that's enough, push tops of forearms together. If you have a more room, complete the bind by bringing the palms together. Keep elbows in line with shoulders, squeeze the elbows together and push them forward. This stretches the tops of the shoulders!โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ
โ๐ผClasp your palms behind your back, interlacing the fingers. Squeeze the heels of the hands together, as you squeeze shoulder blades together and down, and puff your chest up! Keep your belly pulled in so you don't dump into the low back. This stretches the inner and outer edges of the shoulder blades, as well as the chest!โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ

There are many physical and mental benefits of increasing shoulder mobility ๐๐ผIt even helps us open the diaphragm, so we can BREATHE! That's always a plus, right? ๐
