โ˜๐ŸผEagle Arms: Start with arms in a cactus shape ๐ŸŒตand then bring one elbow underneath the other. If that's enough, push tops of forearms together. If you have a more room, complete the bind by bringing the palms together. Keep elbows in line with shoulders, squeeze the elbows together and push them forward.
