Last Saturday, members and friends celebrated Walnut Creek Toastmaster's 20th anniversary as a club! Here's to 20 more!

This week, Walnut Creek Toastmasters celebrated Women's History Month, which is a time to reflect on the courage of women in past generations and to celebrate how their efforts and bravery afforded women the opportunities and freedoms they have today.

Walnut Creek Toastmasters, #8629 We help develop leadership and public speaking skills in a supportive, friendly environment. Our club meetings are held virtually every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Contact club officers if you are interested in attending.

Congratulations to our own Karen Elcenko for being the Champion Evaluator at the Area Speech Contest! We look forward to cheering Karen on as she moves up to compete again at the division-level competition to be held March 31st.

And congratulations to our own Scott Hamilton for winning second place in the International Speech Contest at the Area Speech Contest!

Congratulations to our Walnut Creek chapter's contest winners, Karen and Scott!
