FCTS is seeking motivated individuals who are looking to make a difference in the community by helping stop the spread of C19. We are looking for Health Testing Specialists to oversee and manage the process of testing which includes both PCR and Rapid testing of walk-in patients.

The essential functions of the Health specialist are to:

Provide customer service to ensure that the entire patient experience is pleasant.
Ability to answer questions regarding the testing process.
Instruct and assist patients in filling out the digital form and ensure information entered is correct.
Provide clear instructions to patients to help them self-collect nasal swab and place sample in collection tube.
Bag and tag collected samples correctly and prepare for daily lab pickup.
Clean and disinfect testing stations after each patient; restock testing supplies.
Daily operational tasks related to open and close of testing site.
Qualifications:

Must be reliable, dependable and trustworthy with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour

Requirement: You need to have your own vehicle.
As a COVID-19 Swabber, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient operation of the testing sites. You will support patients through Rapid Antigen Testing and PCR swabbing. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments

Swab Patients at multiple locations including schools, nursing homes, and corporate accounts

Skills

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

You are committed and passionate about working with diverse demogprahics

You are comfortable in PPE Gear and/or scrubs to administer COVID testing

You enjoy being on the road and visiting multiple sites throughout the week

You enjoy working with others but do not mind working independently

Requirements:

Driver License

Independent vehicle/NO vehicle sharing/NO public transportation

Minimum Age: 1'7

We will perform background check before hiring.

Medical experience preferred but not required

More about the position:

$400 signing bonus contingent on perfect attendance for the first 2 weeks of start date and ability to start within 24-48 hours.

PPE, and supplies all included

Room for growth within the many departments of a National Company.
